The letter 00 included how the contemporary Iraqi sculptor employed Rafidian artistic symbols in his sculptural work, and also included the outstanding sculptural works of contemporary Iraqi sculptors inside and outside Iraq for the period between (1990-2018)

The letter concluded:

The contemporary Iraqi sculptor was able to employ Mesopotamian symbols in his artistic work in line with his artistic vision, as he relied on pairing these Mesopotamian symbols with the vocabulary of his sculptural composition, and directing them with a contemporary artistic vision. And to benefit from its formal, artistic and historical dimensions, that the Mesopotamian symbols that appeared in the works of the contemporary Iraqi sculptor were effective, influential and of artistic value and meaning of crossing 00 because they stem from the roots of the ancient cultural heritage
