Basra University organizes an exhibition of theatrical techniques (costumes as a model)

Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Mohannad Jawad Kazim, president of the University of Basra, and under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Mohammed Abdul Zahra Mohammed, dean of the Faculty of Fine Arts, the Faculty of Fine Arts at the University of Basra, Department of Art Education, organized an exhibition of theatrical techniques under the title "fashion as a model", with the participation of morning and evening study students.
The exhibition, which was held in the hallway of the college, was opened by Professor Dr. Maher al-ketaibani, Scientific Assistant, in the presence of a number of faculty members, college staff, and a group of students.
The exhibition aims to highlight the artistic products presented by the students as part of their practical lessons in fashion, as the exhibition included more than 98 diverse works of art. The works relied on multiple artistic themes, including the design of animal costumes and the use of educational means to present concepts such as harmful and beneficial eating.
The exhibition was supervised by Prof. Dr. Saifeddine Abdel Wadoud, who was keen to guide the students to highlight their artistic creativity, while the exhibition included a special theatrical performance based on costumes designed as part of the participating artworks.
The exhibition witnessed a wide turnout, where the audience praised the artistic and creative level shown by the students, stressing the importance of such events in the development of applied skills and enhancing artistic creativity among students.
