Under the patronage of the president of the University of Basra, Prof. Dr. Mohannad Jawad Kazim, and under the supervision of the dean of the Faculty of Fine Arts, Prof. Dr. Mohammed Abdul Zahra Mohammed.
The Faculty of Fine Arts at the University of Basra organized a library workshop for first-stage students, which was attended by the dean of the Faculty of Fine Arts, Prof. Dr. Mohammed Abdul Zahra Mohammed, and a number of faculty teachers, staff and students.
The aim of the workshop is to introduce the students of the first stage to what the library is and the most important services it provides in addition to the services provided by the library and its instructions.
The workshop presented by Mr. Adel Hussein Tamimi, director of the library at the College, included an expanded explanation of the most important library works and the most important elements of scientific management in university libraries, lending systems and the most important administrative library works carried out by them.
