Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Mohannad Jawad al-Asadi, president of Basra University, and under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Nasser Samari Jafar, dean of the Faculty of Fine Arts, the Continuing Education Unit at the College organized a specialized workshop on ceramic paste working techniques.
The workshop aims to develop the creative skills of the participants and enhance their abilities in producing decorative works of art that can be kept as distinctive decorative pieces. This event also provides an opportunity for interaction between those interested in this art and get acquainted with its diverse styles.
The workshop, which was presented by a number of specialists in this field, included a presentation of a group of artworks executed using ceramic paste, which allowed participants to learn about design techniques and creativity in this type of art.
