
Prof. Dr. Saif al – Din Abdul – Wadud, a lecturer at the Faculty of Fine Arts-University of Mosul, participated in the work of the ministerial team tasked with evaluating academic programs within the procedures for obtaining program accreditation in the Department of Performing Arts at the Faculty of Fine Arts-University of Qadisiyah.
The ministerial delegation was received by the president of Qadisiya University, professor Dr. Kazem Jabr Al-Jubouri, where an official meeting was held in his office, during which a number of axes related to quality assurance and academic performance in technical programs were discussed.
The delegation of the Faculty of Fine Arts – University of Mosul included Prof. Dr. Hamid Ibrahim Al-Rashidi, supervisor of the National Council for Academic Accreditation, and Prof. Dr. munqeeq Mohammed Al-bajdali, head of the evaluation team.
The visit included the implementation of a field tour of the facilities of the Department of Performing Arts, during which the teaching staff, the infrastructure of classrooms, laboratories, the university environment were reviewed, in addition to evaluating the spaces allocated to students, in order to ensure the conformity of these standards with the requirements of accreditation approved by the relevant authorities.
This participation comes within the framework of continuous efforts to enhance quality standards and academic accreditation in Iraqi higher education institutions, which contributes to the development of the educational process and upgrading the academic and technical level of study programs in the colleges of Arts.
