Within the scientific activities of the College of Fine Arts .. The Department of Art Education at the College of Fine Arts, University of Basra, organized a scientific trip to the Basra Historical Museum.

The teacher, Salah Nehme Abdel-Ali, the supervisor of the scientific trip, stated that the visit aims to inform the department students about the archeology and archaeological finds in the museum, reviewing Basra's cultural and artistic history.

Abdel-Ali added that this visit is an important step to strengthen cooperation between the museum and the university students, referring to the warm reception by the museum director and his accompanying students to view the exhibits with a full explanation about them
