A master's thesis at the Faculty of Fine Arts, University of Basra examined the foundations of directorial writing for the script of the director-author in the Iraqi theater.
The message presented by the researcher Doaa Ali Abdul Hussein Rahma aims to identify the bases of visual writing directing the level of the text of the show according to the vision of the director's Work author with the data of her artistic and aesthetic presence.
The message included important topics that included a lot of directorial facts, namely, the director's relationship with his expressive self without the tradition of taking the artistic process.
The letter concluded that the directorial writing in the Iraqi theater is based stylistically on realism and telegraphy in writing down the language of the show's text, expressionism and absurdity in activating its other elements.
