The Faculty of Fine Arts participates in the graduation ceremony of Iraqi universities in its sixth edition

The Faculty of Fine Arts at the University of Basra participated in the graduation ceremony of Iraqi universities in its sixth edition, which was held within the framework of the national sponsor's Youth Project and under the slogan "from the Ghaith of Karbala, giving sprouts", with the participation of more than (5000) students representing (75) public and private universities from various governorates of Iraq.
The ceremony was held at the shrine of Abu al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him), to embody this event as the fruit of students ' efforts and fatigue during the years of study, and emphasizes on presenting a civilized image befitting a university student, away from some inappropriate appearances that may distort the status of academic celebrations.
The Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine aims to celebrate graduates, provide a sober and distinguished model for graduation ceremonies in line with university and national values, as well as the culmination and conclusion of the students ' academic career in a religious atmosphere at the Immaculate shrines, reflecting the meanings of giving, belonging and social responsibility.
