The College of Fine Arts at the University of Basra announced the publication of the first list of applicants for postgraduate studies for the 2026-2027 academic year who were found to have submitted incorrect information regarding their employment status, resulting in their exclusion from the admissions process.

The college urged those whose names are listed to contact the college to which they applied, specifically if they possess a letter of resignation or a letter of contract termination issued before the start of the postgraduate application period, in order to complete the necessary procedures and provide the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research with the required documents.
