Al-Adwaa holds a meeting with the Dean of the College of Fine Arts at Basra University

Al-Adwaa newspaper journalist Mr. Rahi Al-Hatem held an interview with the Dean of the Faculty of Fine Arts, Dr. Ali Abdullah Al-Kinani. A meeting in which he talked about e-learning, and when did the first experience using electronic platforms start ..
Al-Kinani said .. The first challenge to e-learning on the date of 12/3 to discuss a master’s thesis, as the discussion took place in its time despite the circumstances and was the first electronic discussion at Basra University and at the level of Iraqi universities, in addition to international electronic festivals and seminars in which 70 researchers from all countries participated. Arabic, broadcasting live on Facebook, or holding art exhibitions on the pandemic and plays through platforms such as puppet theater, mobile cinema, and the Monodrama Festival. As the academic participants from Basra University had a clear imprint in artistic and knowledge production, in addition to the presence of brilliant names and scientific figures, so they obtained either awards or certificates of appreciation. In the year 2021, there has become experience, practice and dependence on electronic platforms in the circumstances of the krona pandemic in addition to electronic education and the daily attendance of students to receive theoretical lessons, lectures and workshops.
Al-Kinani pointed to the college’s role in embracing all energies and talents, such as the Calligraphy and Decoration Festival and the first annual one-dimension held by the college with the participation of talented students and professors, which lasted for three days. Lines and talent development and invited Al-Kinani to attract all segments of society to those who find in themselves a hobby and desire to participate in an open art exhibition or workshop. In the end, the Dean offered thanks and gratitude to Al-Adwaa newspaper with its cadres for their distinguished presence and understanding about artistic and cultural issues.
