The sculptor, Dr. Mohsen Ali Hussein, the teacher in the Department of Plastic Arts, won a prize in the international competition specialized in sculpture, which is held by the International Federation of Arab Plastic Artists in commemoration of the late international example Mahmoud Mukhtar.
Hussein expressed, on his personal page on social networking sites (Facebook), his sincere thanks to the efforts of the International Federation of Arab Plastic Artists for their confidence in his sculptural achievement, which culminated in winning this sculpture competition along with a group of Arab sculptors
