Basra University discusses a thesis. Ph.D. on the effectiveness of an educational program using feedback in developing the performance of an academic theater actor.

The College of Fine Arts at Basra University discussed the effectiveness of an educational program by using feedback in developing an academic theater actor .. The thesis presented by student Ali Hassan Mahawish included four chapters.

The first chapter dealt with an introduction to define the research problem that came to answer the following question (Does feedback as an educational program contribute to the development of the theater actor’s academic performance and achieve positive effectiveness in his creative work)

As for the second chapter, I summarized a set of important indicators, including training of the representative, which constitutes an essential element of the stages of his preparation, in addition to the different stages of preparation and training for the academic ideals in schools and trends in the three aspects

Voice training, body training, and sensory training.

The third chapter explains how to prepare the actor for the role and build the theatrical character.

The fourth chapter included a study of the data extracted from the results of the tests and the scores that were developed by the experts after their follow-up and evaluation of the experiment.

The study aims to benefit scholars and specialists in the theatrical academic lesson and focus on the practical side in order to activate the scientific laboratory.

Conclusions reached by the study .. Feedback of various and multiple types is considered an educational training method that achieves effectiveness for the academic representative to develop his performance level to the best and most refined.
