The College of Fine Arts at the University of Basra organized the scientific symposium tagged (The Incident of Tuff and the Contemporary Man’s Industry) with the participation of researchers from the University of Maysan and the Directorate of Education of Dhi Qar as well as researchers from the University of Basra
The symposium, which was prepared by the Continuing Education Unit in cooperation with the Department of Art Education and was supervised by the Dean of the College of Fine Arts, Professor Dr. Ali Abdullah Al-Kinani, included various scientific topics in the beginning of its activities on the reality of Al-Tuff and the revolution of Imam Al-Hussein (peace be upon him) reform and humanity, and in several axes, including philosophical, social, artistic and semiotic .
The symposium discussed the role of Imam Hussein (peace be upon him), the important human values ​​that lived through this incident, and the sublime divine love that included this honorable incident.

And the supreme divine love that includes this honorable incident.
The symposium showed the process of reviving the intellectual contact with the reality of Al-Tuff in our present time, and that it is not just a memory, but a human event and behavior through which we can build the contemporary human being with formulas related to Islamic law, the propositions of the Noble Qur’an, and human building.
