The Iraqi community has been in many political crises and wars, which also led to the emergence of terrorist organizations and murder to the death of thousands of Iraqi young people without being slaughtered. Thus, these events were generated by a huge number of women who have been injured for the types of injustice, persecution, and the classification of the irritation or the community in which they live. Therefore, an academic project for the rehabilitation of women wounded through the art and public and the private sphere was established. The project included four stages the first stage, the women's entry point for the laboratory of the academic theater with all its equipment and identification, and the second stage included women's training in the form of six-party sessions, at a rate of sessions or three sessions per week to the results of the self-rehabilitation project as we have seen the impact of their impact on the changes and the changes made by their lives through the transplantation of the spirit and the lack of the misery of the best, the power and courage of the face of the life and the newly hosted by it and the newly. The last stage is the post-quarterly stage, which is our very important stage, in which they have found women in their community, the declarations of the right of the decision of the Paris of the role of the decision to be devoted to the various levels of the most of them in the field of education, nursing, sewing, and real estate as well as their talents developed through the project in the field of representation, singing and drawing, and technical works. The rate of success in this project is 80% that one of the women pulled out of the self-rehabilitation project for its difficult circumstances, and other than the respondents or more affected by this project, there are five women with qualifications from seven years of life.





Abstract :

The eternal truth in existence is that every human individual has a  value that differs from his peers from other individuals, and that everyone has his own presence, qualities, and intellectual and emotional starting points. Therefore, every individual has an individual self in him and is one of the main pillars in building the human personality. The individual begins to form this self from the moment he is born affected by his surroundings, family, and society, all of which are influential values in himself, and will therefore be determined by a logical association with customs, traditions, inheritance, and society .

Because women are an essential element from which societies were built in their permanence and strength, specifically (widowed women, battered divorced women, and displaced women) for their influential and frightening presence in the number and value due to  the variables that the country has experienced of political, economic and social crises, these groups of women were born,therefore, art in general and theatre in particular had to embody these societal topics and enter between them and link with them and search for new self-motivations that qualify their psychological and emotional features. The most important thing is to prepare a psychological balance for the self seeking cognitive values whether it was ( verbal or behavioral ) and the qualification of this self culturally, i.e. the restructuring of its composition according to the level of the mind and its value and its decisions that restore the level of awareness and thinking to its natural levels, which is called(self-balance) through a set of global external experiences that qualify this self to a better level.

Project goals :

  1. Highlighting the different levels of the human personality of women and their rehabilitation and organization according to a special community behavioral study.
  2. Highlighting some of the restrictions imposed by Iraqi society on widowed, divorced or displaced Iraqi women in particular.
  3. It helps assessors  on institutions to increase their capacity and effectiveness in the process of self-qualification in order to achieve their self-esteem and to realize their capabilities through which they can confront society.
  4. Continuity, that is, the qualification can be within the project and within the team which means  it can qualify another person.
  5. Production, that is, the project provides moral and material support to the qualification, as the qualification is productive and has a vision for the future through a positive and productive re-entry into life.





Project Mission:

Private ( self) and mental ( thinking  and ambition)  behavior  rehabilitate environmentally and socially for the purpose of qualifying women from what they are in to the cultural level, which in turn requires changing all detailed life behaviors for them according to what can result from changing actions and behaviors that result in general rehabilitation in their family environment ( children ) and special rehabilitation or adaptation to society and finding appropriate work for them .

Project phases:

To reach the research goals, several important steps must be followed, starting with:

The introductory stage: It is the stage of identifying a group of experts for the project in its tribal feature  and then starting the argumentative  dialogue between the experimental category and the residents in order to first identify the writing of the tribal level by the experts .

The first stage: Observing the proposed category of the project in order to determine the psychological, behavioral and intellectual structure and assess their cognitive and cultural abilities  to determine their interactive human dimension.

The second stage: After determining the dimensions of the characters and their humanitarian situation, whether it is ( socially, economically, humanely, and perhaps psychologically ) within the parameters of dealing and the characteristics available in their humanitarian composition, therefore, the output system confirms here the proposal, which consists of a set of important and in-depth paths in the formation and qualification of levels of behavior .

The third stage: Trying to subject them to a set of different stylistic exercises in order to reach the approved goals towards theatrical behavior, including what is available in the qualification of the values of thinking and consciousness.

The fourth stage: Forming a technical situation, which therefore confirms the depth of thinking and directional behavior in providing important references towards what can be used humanly in determining the important paths in their rehabilitation and adding new cognitive characteristics to them through the intellectual and philosophical aesthetic data in the theatrical directing.
