The Department of Art Education at the College of Fine Arts at Basra University organized an exhibition designed for the work of the first stage students in the department, under the supervision of Assistant Lecturer Sarah Jassem Khazal, on Monday the thirteenth of May, 
the opening bar cut by  the head of the Art Education Department, Dr. Zain Al-Abidin Jassim Al-Asadi
 In the presence of a number of professors and students of the department, the supervisor of the exhibition stated that: It included a wide range of artworks, which is a summary of the work of first-stage students in the first and second semesters, and she continued: The exhibition is based on many themes and topics as design for book covers, various pictures, architectural designs and paintings Artistic and costume designs in which the nature of the materials used varied, as the students' work left an artistic imprint on all the presented pieces with the development of an imaginative and aesthetic sense, which is a positive indicator of the creativity of the first stage students with this type of art
