The College of Fine Arts at the University of Basrah is holding a symposium on “ easy abstain in Works Artist Sattar Kawoosh.”

The seminar, which was moderated by the assistant teacher Hadeel Iyad and lectured by the artist Star Kawush, included the nature of the artist's drawings, in which he shows the extent of his influence on the Dutch nature,
The symposium also discussed the artist's recurring theme in his works from components such as the apple and the rain umbrella, as well as the woman's figure and the romantic duo.
A group of teachers and students participated in the symposium.
The symposium aims to shed light on the expatriate artist, Star Kawush, and his distinguished works, as well as teaching students the mechanisms and stages of completing the work, and explaining the contents of the work and the basic symbols that the artist took as a model for drawing in his paintings.

And the definition of the importance of this art and its role in supporting the contemporary Iraqi fine movement.
