The College of Fine Arts at the University of Basra is holding a symposium on (Muzzling the Self and Showing the Other in the Works of the Artist Hani Dallah).

An electronic symposium on (Muzzling the Self and Showing the Other in the Works of the Artist Hani Dallah)
The symposium, which was moderated by the assistant teacher Hadeel Iyad, and the artist Hani Dallah lectured, included a definition of human existence in which man has no intervention, but a person can draw his future life according to his own vision.
The symposium also discussed the artist's method of work and the technique in which he worked in his works, which consisted of painting in cherry colors with other pastes on canvas.
A group of teachers and students participated in the symposium.
 The symposium aims to shed light on the technique of artist Hani Dallah’s work and his distinguished works regarding the wall painting and iron works in his latest exhibition (Signatures), as well as teaching students the mechanisms and stages of completing the work of artistic painting

In addition to the adequate explanation of the realistic contents of the work and the selection of the woman, the child and the palm tree as basic symbols that the artist stripped and took as a model for drawing in his paintings, and the definition of the importance of this art and its role in the Iraqi plastic movement
