A doctoral thesis at the College of Fine Arts, University of Basrah, examined the intellectual and aesthetic characteristics of post-change Iraqi theater texts
The thesis presented by the researcher Qusai Abdel Abbas Radi included the topic of intellectual characteristics that still interact and develop due to the successive changes witnessed by the present Iraqi reality in the time after the change that occurred in 2003

The thesis discussed the most important intellectual and aesthetic characteristics of theatrical texts in the post-change cultural and historical periods, especially the historical period whose time limits extend from 2005-2015.

The thesis concluded that the most important intellectual characteristic appeared in all the texts of the sample models, which dealt with topics whose events shaped social, political and moral phenomena in Iraqi society in the post-change period.
