For the voice and diction exercises and development of the performer's abilities of the actor, Dr. Maher Al Ketebani and Dr. Hazem Abdul Majeed held a workshop for the development of performance skills in cooperation with the Palace of Culture and Arts in Basra, and the  Anu  for Foundation for the Performing Arts for the period from 4/23/25/2019. A number of trainees joined the workshop that was held at the Palace of Culture and Arts. Speaking about the objectives of the workshop, Dr. Maher indicated that it is aimed at theater-lovers from the academic community and outside it, and important and varied practical exercises were presented in it that the trainees invested in developing their capabilities, as well as that the workshop comes to confirm the directives of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research on the necessity of linking academic activities and institutions related technically and socially.
