Under the patronage of the President of the University of Basra, Prof. Dr. Saad Shaheen Hammadi, and under the direct supervision of the Dean of the College of Fine Arts, Assistant Professor Dr. Ali Abdullah Al-Kinani, the Department of Musical Arts held the annual ceremony for the productions of students and professors entitled “Music, the Language of Love and Peace” on Monday 16-5-2022 in the theater hall at the College of Fine Arts, University of Basra
The ceremony began with a speech by the Dean of the College of Fine Arts, Assistant Professor Dr. Ali Abdullah Al-Kinani, thanking this brilliant department for its impressive performance by the creativity of its distinguished professors and students, wishing them continued success and creativity in their artistic and academic career. After that, a number of musical activities were launched, including solo and group singing, and various choir groups for all school levels, morning and evening.
The ceremony was attended by the Head of the Musical Arts Department, M. Abdel Halim Ahmed and a group of professors, employees and students of the College of Fine Arts
