A doctoral thesis at the College of Fine Arts, University of Basrah, examined the spatial alienation of contemporary formation - a study in the environment of open visual presentation. The thesis presented by the researcher (Rajaa Karim Jubouri Al-Obeidi) included the topic of spatial alienation, which calls for change by rejecting all forms of traditions, values ​​and old academic norms, rejecting their living reality that is affected by political, economic, social and psychological aspects.The thesis discussed several concepts, including the cognitive concept of spatial alienation and the mechanisms of spatial alienation in the currents of contemporary plastic arts and the environment and their relationship to the open visual display.
