Under the auspices of the President of the University of Basra, Prof. Dr. Saad Shaheen Hammadi, and under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Fine Arts, Prof. Dr. Ali Abdullah Al-Kinani
The College of Fine Arts, Basra, Department of Art Education, held an official ceremony for the graduation of a group of its students (Jasmine Rose) for the academic year 2022-2023, and at the Central Theater Hall, where the graduate students reviewed in front of the Dean of the College and the members of the College Council, its professors and employees, and in the presence of the Administrative Deputy of the Governor of Basra, Dr. Dhargham al-Ajudi.
Then the ceremony began with the Iraqi national anthem and the reading of Surat Al-Fatihah on the souls of the martyrs of Iraq.
The Dean of the College, Prof. Dr. Ali Abdullah Al-Kinani, delivered a speech on the occasion, in which he congratulated the graduating students, wishing them a bright future and employing what they learned of knowledge and science in the service of society and the country.

The ceremony included the distribution of gifts and graduation scarves to the graduate students by the gentlemen and heads of departments.
