The division of women's affairs, in cooperation with the women's Empowerment unit at the Faculty of Fine Arts, University of Basra, organized an attendance workshop entitled drafting administrative correspondence. 
The workshop, presented by the director of the Women Empowerment unit at the College of Fine Arts, Khadija Shoukry Faisal, included how to formulate official books and their importance in our practical life, which takes place between two official bodies for a functional and not personal purpose and shortens the effort and distance between the sites of the correspondents.
The workshop aims to demonstrate the importance of these Official books, which are a form of communication, and explain them to the university staff and teachers to facilitate their work and increase their interest in dealing with official books.
