Under the patronage of the president of Basra University, Prof. Dr. Mohannad Jawad al-Asadi, and under the supervision of the dean of the Faculty of Fine Arts, assistant professor Dr. Ali Abdullah al-Kanani.
The Department of art education at the Faculty of Fine Arts at the University of Basra organized an art exhibition entitled Freedom for Palestine.Today is Tuesday, 13-2-2024, at the exhibition hall of the Faculty of Arts.
The exhibition aims to highlight the value of the Palestinian cause, which is still the most important concern on the world stage because of its painful and cruel images and scenes.
The exhibition included several titles and multiple constructions of the photographic creation material, dealing with images of the events of the contemporary case, from painful scenes that they embodied to artistic paintings supervised by M.M. Hadeel Ayad Makki.
The exhibition was opened by the dean of the Faculty of Fine Arts, assistant professor Dr. Ali Abdullah al-Kanani, accompanied by Professor Dr. Majid Abdul Hamid Abdul dean of the Faculty of Arts and professor Dr. Aqil Fadel Al-Dahan, dean of the Faculty of law, and a group of professors and students of the Department.
