Under the patronage of the president of the University of Basra, Prof. Dr. Mohannad Jawad Kazim, and under the supervision of the dean of the Faculty of Fine Arts, assistant professor Dr. Ali Abdullah al-Kanani, and within the mission of the Faculty of Fine Arts to open up to the community and build bridges of cooperation. 
The Faculty of Fine Arts, University of Basra, received the students of Al-Durr Al-manthour High School, where the visit included a set of activities and events and a visit to the Departments of the college, starting from the Department of plastic arts and visiting all branches of the department to continue their tour to the rest of the departments and throughout the Faculty of Fine Arts.
The Faculty of Fine Arts at the University of Basra still receives all talented institutions and students from the schools of the province to develop and support talents and extend bridges of cooperation to all segments of society.
