The Faculty of Fine Arts, University of Basra, Department of Art Education held an official graduation ceremony for a constellation of its students for the academic year 2023-2024 at the Arts Theater Hall, where the graduating students reviewed in front of the dean of the college, members of the college council, professors, staff and relatives of graduates.
Then the ceremony began with the national anthem and the reading of Surah Al-Fatiha on the souls of the martyrs of Iraq .
The dean of the faculty A.Dr. Abdul Sattar Abdul Thabet al-Baydani delivered his speech in which he congratulated the graduating students, wishing them a bright future in serving the community and the country. 
The graduating students had a speech for the occasion in which they thanked the teaching staff for their effort, advice and guidance that led them to obtain this degree .
The ceremony was marked by the distribution of gifts and graduation scarves to the graduating students by the teaching staff .
The ceremony was attended by the dean of the Faculty of Fine Arts, Prof. Dr. Abdul Sattar Abdul Thabet al-Baydani, faculty professors and staff, graduates ' families, staff and students of the faculty.
