The visit of the scientific and academic reality assessment committee to the Faculty of Fine Arts at the University of Basra

As part of the Ministry of higher education and scientific research's efforts to ensure the highest standards of academic and research quality, the Faculty of Fine Arts hosted Today the scientific and academic reality assessment committee. 
The visit began with an official meeting between the committee and the dean of the college, professor Dr. Mohammed Abdul Zahra Mohammed, Scientific Assistant Professor Dr. Maher Abdul Jabbar and administrative assistant professor Dr. Oras Jabbar Sahim, where the Dean welcomed the members of the committee and briefed them on the strategic plans and academic goals of the College of Fine Arts. The committee then carefully reviewed all official and administrative documents related to the college, including academic records, administrative reports, and all organizational procedures and regulations.
After that, the committee conducted a field tour around the college, inspecting classrooms, art studios, and other facilities available to students.
This visit comes within the continuous efforts of the University of Basra to improve and develop the educational process, and ensure its compliance with international academic standards. The committee will submit a detailed report containing its observations and recommendations to improve the academic and administrative performance of the college, within the framework of enhancing the quality of education and research at the Faculty of Fine Arts.
In his statement, the Dean expressed his gratitude and appreciation for the efforts of the committee, stressing the college's commitment to follow up on the recommendations and work on their application to improve the level of education and services provided to students.
This visit is an important step towards enhancing the reputation of the University of Basra as a leading educational institution, and contributes to achieving the strategic goals of the University in providing distinguished academic education and keeping pace with the latest global developments.
