This day, entrance examinations were held for students applying for direct admission to the scientific departments of the College of Fine Arts, where theoretical and practical tests were conducted for students applying for the departments of plastic arts, performing arts, art education, musical, audio and visual arts, which qualify them for admission to the College of Fine Arts for the academic year 2020-2021 according to the schedule prepared for the exam .
Dr. Ali Al-Kanani, Dean of the College, stated that the exams included the theoretical exam in the form of various technical questions within the specialization of each department to demonstrate the student's ability to answer, his possession of technical culture and some information in the field of specialization to which he intends to apply.
Al-Kinani added that the practical test follows the theoretical exam to find out the applicant's ability and ability in the practical aspect to enter into competition with his peers, noting that the tests are subject to scientific committees to evaluate and set the appropriate score.
Al-Kinani stressed the commitment to the preventive health aspect, the physical separation between the testers, and the commitment to wearing masks for all the testers.
He added that the tests will continue until the end of the application period at the end of this month.
