The Continuing Education Unit at the College of Fine Arts at Basra University organized a workshop on media and social media programs in spreading music and its positive impact.

The workshop .. presented by the instructor in the Department of Musical Arts, Dr. Ali Mashari, and in the presence of a group of college employees, included a study on the contribution of these media to spreading our Arabic music regionally and internationally, in addition to the use of modern technologies such as computers and mobile devices ... Mashari added .. no Music is limited to disturbing the psyche, but it is considered a vital and psychological treatment that helps improve cognitive abilities, stimulate memory and develop skills.
