Under the auspices of the President of the University of Basra, Professor Dr. Saad Shaheen Hammadi, and the support of the Dean of the College of Fine Arts, Assistant Professor Dr. Ali Abdullah Al-Kinani, and within the message of the College of Fine Arts to open up to society and build bridges of cooperation
The College of Fine Arts, University of Basra, received the students of Al-Haramain Secondary School for Girls. Abdul Halim Ahmed, and the students of the department presented a group of compositions and songs dealing with Iraqi heritage, with the aim of sharing them with the students and motivating them The high school students also presented individual activities with the participation of the university choir. This was followed by a visit to the Department of Audio and Visual Arts, where the head of the department, Dr. Qusai Abdel Abbas, gave an introductory lecture on the department and its productions. Their visit ended with the Department of Art Education and the gardens of the College of Fine Arts.
