A group of professors and students of the Department of plastic arts at the Faculty of Fine Arts at the University of Basra conducted a volunteer campaign for afforestation in the college gardens and the distribution of shady plants in the corridors of the department with various types of plants and roses in order to enhance efforts to increase green spaces in the college and stimulate the planting of trees and the development of voluntary work for everyone to preserve the environment and vegetation cover under the supervision of M.M. Nourse Hamid and M.The date of Moses and M. M. Amani Kazim.
This campaign comes in support of the efforts of the Ministry of higher education and scientific research to support sustainable development, environmental conservation and the One Million Trees project launched by the ministry.
