Under the auspices of the president of the University of Basra, Prof. Dr. Mohannad Jawad al-Asadi, and under the supervision of the dean of the Faculty of Fine Arts, Prof. Dr. Nasser Samari Jafar, the women's Affairs Unit at the Faculty of Fine Arts organized a scientific seminar entitled "developing teaching skills in performance evaluation within scientific quality standards".
The seminar aims to improve the efficiency of faculty members in the field of evaluating academic performance and achieving comprehensive quality standards in the educational process, by enhancing their skills in organizing and documenting scientific and academic efforts according to approved performance indicators.
The seminar, presented by Professor Dr. Hazem Abdel Majid Ismail, included a detailed presentation on the mechanisms of preparing and organizing files related to the efforts of teachers for the academic year, and ways to document academic, research and administrative activities in line with the quality requirements and ensure outstanding university performance.
The seminar witnessed a wide interaction from the attendees, who stressed the importance of these workshops and seminars in developing academic skills and enhancing the culture of quality within the University Institution.
